Modified acceptance procedure of pumps for repair

Even before the delivery of a pump, we in future would like to ask you to send to us the Safety GRAS Certificate, as well as the Safety Data Sheet in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 to the following email address: ordercenter_repair@hermetic-pumpen.com. After verification, you will receive a release certificate within 48 hours by e-mail, which you should attach visibly to the pump before dispatch. If the pumped medium is assessed as critical for internal handling at HERMETIC, our repair management will contact you immediately in order to clarify the requirements for a safe delivery.
