HERMETIC is further expanding its operations in Austria and, as of October 2026, has resumed direct support for the Austrian market. In doing so, the company is sending a clear signal of its commitment to customer focus, personalised advice and the long-term development of its market activities in Austria.
HERMETIC has a long-standing tradition of links with Austria. HERMETIC Austria GmbH was founded in Vienna as early as 1975. For many years, the company served customers in Austria from there and supported numerous projects in Eastern Europe. Following the closure of the company in 2015, the market was managed directly from the parent company in Germany. With its renewed local presence, HERMETIC is now building on this long-standing tradition.
Robert Korom and Roland Bader will be responsible for the Austrian market in future. Robert Korom, who has been in charge of HERMETIC’s operations in Hungary for many years, will take charge of the eastern provinces of Austria. Roland Bader, a long-standing HERMETIC employee, will be responsible for the western regions of Austria. Both have extensive experience in the fields of chemicals, petrochemicals, industrial refrigeration and service, and will be on hand to assist customers as expert points of contact.
By reintroducing direct on-site support, HERMETIC is creating even shorter lines of communication, providing personal points of contact and fostering closer dialogue with customers and partners. This enables us to respond even more effectively to the requirements of our customers and end-users.
