This is how the pump repair intake process works
Please send us the safety clearance certificate (UNB) and the safety data sheet (SDS) in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 prior to delivery. The pump can only be safely accepted once these have been checked and approved.
Submit documents
Please send us the safety clearance certificate (UNB) and the safety data sheet (SDS) in advance for review.
Examination and feedback
We will review the documentation and, if necessary, discuss any further requirements regarding the pumped medium, packaging or delivery with you.
Received approval
Once the inspection has been successfully completed, you will receive a clearance label to mark the consignment.
Send the pump
Please do not dispatch the pump until it has been approved and the approval label has been affixed.
For safety reasons, pumps without a label cannot be accepted and must be returned uninspected.
Findings and Proposal
Once the goods have been received, we will draw up a report based on the photographs and provide a repair quote, usually within a maximum of 12 working days.
Repair authorisation
Once you have given your approval, we will commence the repair in accordance with the quotation and arrange the delivery date and return shipment with you.
